A Managed Worker is someone whose health and safety is managed directly by your business through SiteConnect.
Included
- Direct employees
- Labour-only workers regularly operating under your business
- Sole traders operating primarily, meaning 80% or more of their time, under your business
Not included
- External subcontractor companies and their employees
- Short-term specialist contractors
- Third-party organisations operating under their own health and safety systems
Prices exclude VAT. All subscriptions require a minimum 12-month agreement. Annual pricing includes a 5% discount for payment upfront.

Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes. A one-off onboarding fee applies to all new customers and covers the successful implementation of SiteConnect.
This includes system configuration, administrator training, implementation support, and helping you digitise your existing paper forms, checklists and inspection templates into SiteConnect.
The fee varies depending on the size and complexity of your implementation. We will provide a fixed quote before you proceed.
Does every plan include all SiteConnect features?
Yes. Every subscription includes access to the complete SiteConnect platform. Your price is determined by the number of Managed Workers covered by your plan, not by the features you use.
Why do you not charge per user?
SiteConnect is designed to be used across your business, not only by office administrators. Workforce-based pricing helps you roll the platform out without individual user licences becoming a barrier to adoption.
Can we pay quarterly?
Yes. You can pay quarterly across your 12-month agreement, or pay annually upfront and receive a 5% discount.
Are subcontractors included?
Yes. You can manage unlimited subcontractor companies and their teams through SiteConnect without purchasing separate user licences for each subcontractor.
