Sub-Processors

To support the delivery of our Services, SiteConnect.io Ltd (“SiteConnect”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Sub-processor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-processor.

Infrastructure & Core Platform

These Sub-processors provide the physical infrastructure and platform services required to host and run the SiteConnect application.

Due Diligence & Security

SiteConnect.io Ltd conducts a security audit of all Sub-processors before authorizing them to process Customer Data. We ensure that all Sub-processors:

  1. Have adequate security measures in place (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001).
  2. Have signed a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with us that includes the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) where applicable.

Updates to this List

As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we engage in may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of the Customer’s account with notice of any new Sub-processors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
