Do you charge per site or per warehouse?

No. Transport operators, subbies and drivers get a free account to complete prequals and inductions, upload documents and sign in at your gate. That's usually why uptake is fast.
Can each site have its own induction, hazards and forms?
Yes. Each site has its own induction, risk register, noticeboard and inspection schedule, while prequals and form templates are shared across the network so you only build them once.
Does it handle forklift and MHE pre-starts?
Yes. Run daily pre-starts against each unit from a phone or a mounted tablet. A failed answer raises a corrective action, tags the unit out and notifies the supervisor, and the asset keeps its full check history.
What are my duties under HSWA when carriers work in my yard?
You're a PCBU, and where carriers and contractors work on your site your duties overlap with theirs. In practice you need to check the operators you engage, tell them about the site's hazards, know who is on site, and act on what your inspections find. SiteConnect records each of those steps.
Will it work at an unmanned gate or a busy dock?
