Partner Program
Overall: Been good partners to assist in our client needs for the smaller to medium clients. Pros: Simplicity and ease of implementing the software as part of the client onboarding for GSD Safety clients. We use Site Connect as part of our package of services to ensure our clients compliant with a software package that does not require them to go and source the capability on top of engaging a safety consultant, having a system is crucial to running your business and having Site Connect as our partner has been a game changer. Cons: Some development solutions needed, however this is typical of all systems when working with multiple industries and customers.

Tracking H/S Trends on Site
Overall: Positive experience, not looking elsewhere. The product just needs to make sure it keeps up with industry innovations and expected standards and ease of use. Pros: The ability to record and track different H/S breaches, their frequency, who is reporting them, identify areas needing improvement or training. I also like the scoring for Pre-Qualification documents for our contractors Cons: Some PDF reports will change the orientation of a photo to how it was taken by the staff member who reported it. This results in a picture that is sideways in the report - not great when forwarding these reports for our clients.

Site Connect and Goldmark Group
Overall: Amazing ongoing training and support either online or through phone contact. Site Connect also has fantastic access to resources relevant to our industry. Their customer service level is outstanding. Pros: All our Health & Safety and site specific information is recorded in one place where all employees and contractors have access. Site Connect has amazing ongoing support and training! Cons: There is nothing I don't like with Ste Connect.

A great health and safety tool
Overall: Enjoying learning how to use SiteConnect looking forward to interacting with other workers at a health and safety level. Pros: I have just finished a NZQA course on being a healthy and safety representative And SiteConnect ticked all the boxes. Workers are keen to be involved in promoting health and safety for once . I like the online aspect of SiteConnect my reading and writing is poor . Being able to use speak to type and screen reader is brilliant. Cons: I guess itโs getting management up to speed. Health and safety does have a cost and this time consuming .

Overall: Site connect has worked out great for the company & helps us monitor contractors H&S better. Pros: Site connect is easy for users to use & record all safety information & making accessible to view & track history. Cons: GPS when entering & leaving site is great, however opening up the app to acknowledge daily hazards needs to be sent as a pushed notice to phone number.

Superb product
Overall: If everyone was as easy to deal with as the Site Connect team work life would be a breeze ๐ Pros: A very functional program that is easy to use and backed by first class customer service. Cons: Havenโt found anything to dislike about the product !

Overall: Very happy with the overall experience with SiteConnect, functionally and by going the extra mile with added personal one on one training. Pros: SiteConnect empowers all of our users to feel confident when visiting or working on site. The full Induction and questionnaire gives peace of mind that everyone knows the Operation Rules, Hazards, Emergency Assistance/Evacuation, First Aid & Fire Extinguishers location, Incident Reporting but most of all its about keeping everyone Safe! Cons: I personally found the Training via Zoom very helpful and beneficial, as oppose to the tutorials.

Overall: It has been great and the SiteConnect staff are very helpful, along with taking on board suggestions for areas of improvement. Pros: Ease of use and ability to pick it up and implement it quickly. Cons: It is not being able to list a piece of equipment involved in an incident.
