Once implemented will the software run itself or do we need continued Admin input?

After implementation, the software should run smoothly with minimal administrative input. However, there are features within the software that will need to be managed and monitored, i.e. new site setup, contractor pre-qualifications, incident and safety observation reporting, etc.
