New Features

  • Forms requiring approval: We’ve introduced a new setting for forms called “This form requires approval.” When enabled, forms submitted by assigned users will display a status of “Pending” instead of “Submitted.” This allows for an additional layer of review before finalising submissions. The Administrator can then either reject the form or approve it.
  • Visitor Selection: You can now select visitors when creating or reporting Incidents, Safety Observations, or conducting a Toolbox Talk. Visitors are users who have signed into your site(s) but are not part of your connected network.
  • Toolbox Talks Notification Delay: To ensure all files and photos are fully uploaded, we’ve added a 5 minute delay before PDFs are generated and sent in Toolbox Talks notifications.
  • Renamed Titles: We’ve updated titles from “Documents” to “Folders” where it’s contextually relevant. This change affects account level document templates and site level documents.
  • Audit Trail Logging: Audit logs will now capture any changes in form statuses for assigned users. This additional logging will be included in XLSX format exports as well as PDF exports.
  • Extended Site Audit Exports: Additional relational information such as Comments, Notes, and Files is now included in site audit exports in XLSX format.
  • Pre-Qualification Notifications: We’ve updated the “Completed Pre-Qualification Notifications” to send to the main account contact. If a main contact hasn’t been assigned, the notification will default to all account admins.
